Day 2....drum roll please!!! I did well today and I even went to a meeting where there was free food and I exercised self restraint. That is what I need to do EXERCISE SELF RESTRAINT!! I will walk the dogs tonight and feel good about myself!

Good job with the self restriant! I'll be tested this weekend while taking lecture classes. They will have plenty of food to snack on. I'm taking my protein shakes and bars to keep my mind off the junk.

Good call on bringing your own healthier options because during lectures I want to snack too!! I think I will keep some snacks I can eat nearby this weekend too!
