As I had figured, I had a really bad week, to much junk food. So there for I'm up 1.4 lbs, but this week I wont be eating junk, and I'll be back yo the gym full time. Time to see some huge drops
279.2 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
