I got almost 20,000 steps today. Carried a bunch of boxes from the garage into the house (that was my weight lifting). Helped at my kids school's field day, so I was outside moving a lot for several hours, and I got most of my garden vegetables planted this evening.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
