Up to 238.8 after a New York City weekend and steady dinners out in DC. Fasted on Thursday to get back down. I had been up to 245.5 this past week.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 86.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
