Snack- 1 apple, 12 almonnds 6. Lunch- 2 El Pollo loco thighs plus one cup of salsa, No carbs. 7. Snack- 1 orange, 1 bottle of water., 1 pack of almonds(12) 8. Dinner- Italian chicken sausage soup with vegetables., 1 pack of almonds (12)) 9. Bedtime- sleep, wake up and do it again.
