every have one of those days where you wake up and say hey today is going to be awesome then bam, you get hit with challenges left and right? Welp, I am having one of those days. I wanted to have a great day, and I still will but Im surrounded by idiots at work today.. sheesh.
SO in an effort to get over this hump, I plan to do some sharing.I've noticed a lot of post where people are saying they are sorry for straying or ashamed of eating this or that and/or left the site and are back and feeling low, present company included.I've been on this site 3 times now..and 3 times I've lost weight,and strayed and came back and cheated and gave up and started over and gained and lost, but i still consider my story a success bc I'm still here, fighting.. I've lost some weight and kept it off and managed to stay on this site for a consistently for a year now, thru the ups and downs, (pun intended LOL). We all enjoyed the holidays, so what. Its the new year now, so lift yourself up, be proud of yourself for taking that step to start or comeback, don't beat yourself up when you falter, pick up where you left off, Onward!!! we are in this together. Case in point: Having a bad day? A bad day only last 24 hrs. Put your hand on your heart. Feel that? That's called a purpose.Your alive for a reason. Don't give up!!

I'm with you, Red. I enjoyed eating some different things over the holidays. Now I'm back to losing weight. It's all part of life.

Born to feel guilty here! When I mess up I am ashamed and disappointed in myself. Just can't let it derail the journey to a healthier me. Gotta keep on keeping on!

Thank you Red for being here. I enjoy your posts because I can "feel" the honesty in them, the ups and downs, the acknowledgement of the struggle! It helps knowing others are in it to win it! May this time around have nothing but "downs" for you (weight wise, that is!)

your so Modest,, you say you have lost " Some" weight,, My goodness you have lost 83 pds girl . When you speak people listen Andee no matter the topic ,, so keep sending out the msgs to keep others motivated we all need you . And My advice on the subject,,we are all only human,, we falter every now and then ,, and that's what we call "Putting a little life into living" !! TYJ

thanks everyone for the great comments. Rckc, others have mentioned they like my post too for their honesty. I do them that way bc I feel like when I started out a few years ago, no one really told you "everything" about losing weight. Ya, follow this diet and eat that and do this and buy that but no one ever says " hey your gonna feel like sh!t and have stretch marks and flabby skin' yada...so I feel like I owe it to myself and my buddies to keep it real.. ONWARD !! Attack !!
