Your metabolism slows and ultimately we need to cu more cals or exercise more. I’m not going lower in cals so that leaves exercise. Golf season is here so that will help a lot.

I totally agree, Ken. Absolutely. And I'm not cutting any further calories either. Once it turns warm to stay I'll be in a better position, time and weather wise to get more exercise in. That's going to be key 🗝️
