i havent weighed in a week or so. i have been between 195-200. i would like to do a drastic cut and only do calorie counting for a while v macros & calories. if I do 1200/day and add cardio and/or strength, I hope to get to 165/170 by the end of summer. i need to feel better in my skin and now with coaching basketball approaching, i have a good motivator!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
