I'm not unhappy with this daily weighin...I ate a lot of fibrous things such as lentils and green beans, plus I've had 2 days in a row with a 3lb loss. I'm more worried abou building muscle anyways!
I know that there will most likely be a temptation for me at work today:kneecaps. I really don't care for donuts, but these are clouds of loveliness. I will allow myself 2, and be great the rest of the day.
