SheaDlady's Journal, 04 December 2015

It's been a long week. Keeping busy with projects and ferrying others to and fro. It's doesn't help that to go to the store or the doctor, or anywhere you have a 30 mile round trip. Then I forgot to eat today. Didn't realize until about seven that all I had eaten was a slice of cheddar cheese and a shake. Had another protein shake and then had the girls in the kitchen make me a hamburger on salad. Was feeling much more energetic until I ate. Maybe I'm allergic to food. Drinking another cup of bulletproof coffee right now. I hope it doesn't put me to sleep before I finish my next project. (yes, it makes me relaxed) I have found if I need more sleep, I can take a B12 a few minutes before I go to bed, and I will drift off in no time. Can we say backwards, anybody?

You sound like my kids who have ADHD. Stimulants like caffeine actually slow them down, and things like Benadryl speeds them up.

Benadryl, Hydrocodone (pain pill) Morphine. I know this from the month I spent in the hospital in 2009. Yep, even when I would get zits as a teenager, I could eat a bar of chocolate and they would go away overnight. My sister HATED me for that.

BTW, I did zonk out after about 20 minutes last night. Was good to go this morning though!
