That looks very good! Ive been going thru a phase of making split pea soup with sour cream dollop on top. Soup is great food!

I still haven't gotten around to making a lentil soup but I haven't forgotten I have good plans. I'm supposed to be making a Asian themed meatloaf with asparagus for tomorrow for some friends from the Philippines. I hope they like it so far I've come up with a Worcestershire glaze, and the appropriate spice mix for the meatloaf. They seemed pretty stoked for the meal but I'm always nervous when I cook for people till they eat the food.
