Doctor put me on fenofibrate for triglycerides. Need to quit drinking completely and if not then seriously less. Like three drinks a week tops. The last pieces of the puzzle 🧩

Misty yes. I like to practice “harm reduction” in my life. Alcohol doesn’t help your body in any way but sometimes when I’m out it’s nice with dinner etc.
