i m having trouble with late night eating. I do so well all day then I'm starving at night and go overboard and undo my whole day. I've only smoked 4 ciggies since Sunday..it's making my munching worse. I get weary of constantly depriving my body of things it thinks it wants..

Drink a glass of water when either craving hits. Make yourself finish a chore or do a puzzle or something before you give in. Slowly but surely you'll find ways to stop the craving in its tracks. Good on you for cutting down that much already!

I actually save 400 calories for the evening. Eat what I've planned then be good. That's not saying it works every time. Augh! Feel for you.

I have the same problem...because of that, I skip breakfast and only have a coffee and save those calories so that I could have a bigger supper and maybe even a snack before or after dinner.... I know how you feel!

OMGOSH, me too...I work out after work and it causes my appetite to soar.. it helps if I eat lots of protein and healthy fats. Making smart choices helps me also,, like if Imma go over my limit in carbs for the day at least its with a apple or banana or something good like that. When all else fails I eat a low carb bar.
