Mayo and Ranch and Dip Replacement!
Oh my gosh! If you are like me, you looovvvveee your "white" dressings. I bought this : Cedar's Cucumber , Dill & Garlic Tzatziki (yogurt dip) on a whim and it is sooo delicious that I use it on sandwiches, veggies and salad! Only 30 calories and 2 g fat per sering. It is saving me a ton of calories. Just wanted to share my find.Very Happy

Squats Stink!
I do squats and lunges and donkey kicks to work out my bottom. However, the squats are really hurting my knees! Is there an equally effective exercise out there that will tone and lift my backside without the strain on my knees? Question
