Made my crockpot meatloaf for dinner. It was very good. As I was putting up left overs, my son came in and decided to have another helping. Afterwards, there was really not enough to put up, so, I finished it off. Not quite another serving, but I counted is as one. I had sent much of it to a friend who would not eat if I didn't send him food sometimes. I have almost converted him into a total low carb person by default.
