Good Morning All!

Had a bad case of the munchies yesterday after being stuck at work for an extra 3 hours, but managed to stay away from my brother's horde of Halloween candy. Personal victory! I did indulge in a Skinny Cow Dark Chocolate Truffle bar, (which is not nearly as bad for you as it sounds, Ha Ha) after dinner.

Planning on making a red lentil lamb stew with butternut squash for dinner, so long as I'm off at the right time. If not, well that's what frozen dinners are for... to keep me from eating PB&J and cereal.

I'm actually eager for Tuesday to get here! I can't wait to hop on the scale and see if I've managed to hit my first goal early! 10 lbs off, here I come!
