Thanks, Tamarah Jo! It's kind of hard for me to believe since I am adjusting from a different ketogenic diet (with absolutely no starches) and had stalled.

Thanks, Yugguth! Not yet. First carb refeed/protein fast coming up Monday (with bulletproof carbs). I've been doing the BP version of intermittent fasting, eating plenty of greens/BP fats, listening to my body when to comes to protein, and having a small serving of starch with MCT oil a couple of hours before bed.
