Went to Mass today. Broke SCD (communion wafer), I didn't think God would understand that I was on a diet. Ducked out of fellowship though, I am not ready to be around the donuts and lemonade. I grabbed one for DD, and picked her up from Sunday School, and she's eating the donut now. Yesterday was cheat day, and I definitely wasn't as well behaved as last weekend, but I don't feel I was too over the top either. I didn't even eat any of the ice cream I planned to. The worst part was probably the fried chicken strips and french fries with country gravy. It was good, but not as good as I seem to remember. I'll probably be good on that meal for some time. At lunch there was thin crust pizza, and because of a light breakfast, after lunch my calories were pretty much where they are at that time on an ordinary day. Over all, feeling good. Glad I got to have some chocolate with PMS looming!
