I super-overloaded on carbs on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. I didn't even record what I ate. (Hint: potato salad, plum pudding, custard, Bailey's Irish Cream and chocolates, chocolates, chocolates, on top of a reasonable lunch-time meal). It was so shameful, although I had "given myself permission" to indulge then. New Year's Day will be a similar scenario, because we will have visitors for lunch. Anyway, gained 2 kilos over the days, although that is also not recorded. The strange thing is that I found the plum pudding and chocolates a lot sweeter than I like. I still ate them, though. I am definitely a carbohydrate addict.
