Im going to make myself be totally open to whatever eating program is given to me. Thats hard for me but counting carbs, fat or calories - im sure ill be counting something. Most likely calories. It also offers some new weight management drugs that are not normally covered by my insurance. Im thinking of taking advantage of that, too. At least at first. Drugs aren't going to get me where I need to be in the long run but maybe they will help save my knees and keep me from needing new drugs, like insulin and statins.
