I use lady shake as a meal replacement for when I'm busy and they have been very good but my favourite is the feel good shake in Vanilla or chocolate, tastes better I think.

yopro or chobani yoghurt (160g for about 95cal + 100g raspberries that's about 150 calories total and protein in yoghurt will keep you full

you can use any protein you wish, I mean, "lady shake." it is just one from 1000 combination. it will take time to find the best flavour for you. you also can get clean whey iso protein and add it to your muffins, cupcake desert, vaffles, pinut butter/banana sandwichs, yoghurt/oats/protein overnight meal with chocolate chips

I use man shake and have done the good part of a year I've lost 20 kilos but it's just part of an eating plan at the end of the day. in itself it's not going to help you lose weight the only thing that will is proper monitoring of your calories and intake. I have one scoop in the morning in my smoothie with banana and berries or measured out so I know my calorie intake. I find this is a great breakfast for me and gives me a little bit of carbs as well as the exponential benefits in the man shake as it has a bunch of good stuff in it. I keep my other meals pretty basic low carb wraps salad and protein usually some kind of meat. for dinner it's usually something similar I eat a lot of vegetables, tends to keep me quite full alongside a reasonable portion of protein/fats from meat. be careful a lot of the shakes have either sugar or a high carb... I like the flavour of man shake as well sometimes I use it in a dessert or put a teaspoon of it in my morning coffee as a sweetener. it's also very easy to undercut your calorie intake too much so if you feel lightheaded it's usually a good sign you need to eat. consistency is the key alongside forming eating habits that are healthy. I think a lot of people get stuck trying to make their favourite things be healthy it's okay to sometimes have your favourite things as long as the majority of your consistency involves good eating. stress for me is the main demotivator so having only the things in the house that are healthy and a series of snacks or easy to eat foods that I know I can have at any time as long as I'm within usual limits is a good idea I hope that helps a little best of luck with your journey

I use Nature's Way Instant Natural Protein powder in 'unflavoured' then I mix it up in unsweetened almond milk. keeps the carbs super low - then you can add whatever you like to sweeten it up; stevia, maybe some fruits to make a smoothie if preferred. I pour in coffee or avalanche sugar free chocolate powder. it's a nice protein hit after some exercise. mind you - I use these for a snack, I can't skip meals or I get too hangry 😅🤣 Sending you positive vibes!

angie-leigh, "youpro" yoghurt not bad, but overpriced by marketing. If you will compare in Coles High protein yoghurt you will found out that he has same 30g of protein, but less far % in it, for 500g, and much cheaper. Also protein big, light blue, 500g yoghurt in Woolworth

I tried the vegan lady shake but unfortunately it was too hard on my stomach .

Yopro has less fat or carbs vs the coles yoghurt. Also coles or woolies high protein yoghurt doesn't come in pouches or smaller tubs which are helpful if we need a quick snack on the go.

If calorie is the main and not necessarily the ‘healthy’ option, try Fibre One 90. My kids love brownies and I like Lemon drizzled squares 😋 and yes it’s only 90 calories. Coles seem to have their version of it (a bit cheaper) but I’ve never tried that myself. I also like Atkins chocolate coated almonds which is around 150cal if I remember correctly. As for lady shake… I didn’t like the taste at all 🤢

The lady shakes taste foul, to me personally. I can push through it but its not enjoyable at all.

I go a YoPro or a coles PerForm sachet - vanilla or salted caramel. Mix with water it’s around 125 calories and surprisingly filling and tasty

I might try that, ive seen the perform sachet before.

I'm not a fan of the Lady shakes.. taste awful and made me really nauseous .. and makes a lot of people constipated and didn't fill me up. I add psyllium husk to the Raw protein slim and tone flavour and shake it with skim milk. Chocolate is my favourite and much more filling with milk and not many calories.
