I'm so excited! On the 12th of September, I mentioned that I would love to weigh 190 by the end of September, and guess what? I'm already there with a week to spare! I've entered the 12 Week Challenge, which means I have 3 months, starting today, to loose 20 lbs. If I continue to eat clean, stay active, drink only water after my morning coffee, and stay away from bad carbs, I really think I can do it!
