I haven't tracked for such a long time, and my weight is showing the gain. I'm trying keto/Medit./carnivore plus intermittent fasting. My first meal is between 10 and 11 am, and my last is usually between 2 and 4 pm. Hard to stick to this when I have people for dinner and I make curries. Anyway, shall keep on trying, and hoping to get down to 75.
