Thanks! It’s inflammation. It goes up and down, but down is always a winner!

Thank you for the support ! It’s frustrating, but I’ll be seeing my endocrinologist soon. I’m walking, yoga, more than ever. I got down to 180, then boom. This is it. For the calories I eat, I should show weight loss daily and I just don’t. No cheating except on rare free days. I’ll still reach my goal. 🌈💯

Insulin resistance is real. Talk to your doctor if you haven’t already. I’m assuming you are already do some kind of physical activity daily.

I don’t have diabetes. I have thyroid autoimmune and major musculoskeletal issues. I am under the care of an endocrinologist and other specialists plus I’m almost 66. I can’t walk like I want to or I’d be fine. I do try for a mile a day, but sone days are painful. I have an appointment this month to get my ankle evaluated. I have severe and chronic inflammation. I know the cause and there is not much I can do. If I could swim daily, I’d be the bomb. I was in an electric wheelchair with SPE Lupus and other autoimmune disorders. My dietary exercise have put those in remission. I still and will always have severe small fiber neuropathy. Only I know the pain I push through daily. I don’t believe in painkillers. I’m doing very well considering. Thank you!

Thank you! I’m doing so much better! May need an ankle replacement, but I won’t stop walking. I just walk through the pain. At my age, that’s the only thing resides pain pills and I refuse to use them. They don’t stop the pain bc either. Thanks again for your support! 💜🤗🌈🌻

Yeah I wish I could find a more natural pain reliever as I get bad headaches sometimes. The only thing that ever helped was iBuprofen but when I got blood work done my liver was starting to have issues. So I stopped iBuprofen and did a liver cleanse and 3 months later it was healthy again. But it's hard to just deal with the pain. You have an amazing attitude! I can't even imagine what you are going through on a daily basis...
