Argh! This is painful...I understand this is a process, but I spent my week pretty dedicated to the the healthier eating and less eating, I was expecting more. I have to remember, I am responsible for the efforts and not the outcome...
176.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Look at how much you have lost. As you get closer to goal, you may have to eek out those last pounds a little at a time. Just keep on keeping on. You are doing great.

You may be losing inches. If you have someone hide your scale for a month, you should be able to feel your clothes fitting differently and let go of the stress of a scale.
