I have lost over 20 pounds! It has been a slow up hill climb starting in Feb 2015!I am very proud that I could do it. God has helped me to stay disciplined. Just cutting out all sugar and cutting my portions of all I eat - except fruits and vegetables, has been the trick. I am not yet exercising regularly - except for walking about 20 min 3-4 times a week. I am now ready to start a cardio workout at least 3 times a week. Seeing the difference in the way my clothes fit has been encouraging. I also weigh myself 1st thing EVERY morning. This keeps me conscious of my weight all day. I still have occasional treats - birthday cake or going out to eat - but no more than once a week. Stay strong. It is work, but it is worth it! If it does not take work, you won't value it. If you don't value it, you won't take care of it and you will lose it. Which could be true of anything in life, not just weight loss. I can't wait until I reach my goal of 125 lbs, but until then, I am enjoying 167. I haven't been in the 160s for years and years! I can't even remember when. God Bless all who read this!!
167.1 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
