I had sardines for the first time today. I don't know why I was scared of them. Low calorie, packed with good nutrients and non-smelly! Zero carbs. Zero sugars. Perfect for my keto/atkins diet!
I want to bring down my blood sugar fast so I can get into ketosis and really start melting fat. I wonder how long it will take. Giving it a month.
Also, made some fat bombs! OMG! Simple but yummy.
Anyone know if stevia/xylitol and erithrol metabolize in the body the same way? I tasted my fatbomb and it was yummy sweet and I wondered if the brain is going to translate that as real sugar.
Struggling to keep carbs below 50g. But it will come....
