Face planted on parking lot today. Bloodied fat lip, hit front tooth but I think tooth is ok, abrasions to face, both hands, swollen right knee, but the worst is hurt ribs and scapula bone on left side of body. What a frickin’ debacle.

It’s so easy to have a fall; I work with a patient population and I’m constantly pointing out hazards. Recommend for you to use some Arnica on those bruises. Really helps.

I fainted last September and landed right on left side of my face first. The pain was indescribably. I had just had my nose broken and re-set and landed quite close to the nose. Knocked my front tooth entirely sideways. Orthodontist was able to get it mostly back in place but i need Invisalign for probably 6 months to fix the damage. You are very lucky. My surgeon told me millimeters one way or the other and i probably would have bled out. I was alone at the time and landed on our travertine floor. The blood looked like a crime scene and I have never in my life screamed like that. Glad no one buy my dogs heard me. It was really scary. Be careful. Have someone make sure you are orientated every hour or so (concussion). God bless you hope you heal perfectly
