WOO HOO down to 179 this morning!! Plus yesterday I had PIZZA for lunch (low carb) and a BIG Caesar salad...LOVE THIS way of eating!! Still haven't starting an exercise program...MUST DO then the weight will really come on down.

I must have really been excited this morning - upon reviewing my weight I typed in 170 not 179...but still good. 170 will be here soon!!
