Snacked alot last night -- yes, after 8pm. Obviously we haven't tamed that beast yet.

Today started snacking early.

Didn't want to work out this morning - did anyway.

Really struggling to feel it today!

Still uploading photos for Mom.....and I thought I took alot of photos!!!

If it helps any, when I get stuck in an over-snacking rut, I usually pop some air popcorn to help. it fills you up and doesn't have many calories (depending on if you load it with butter)

Actually, having a small snack before going to bed is a good thing. "Don't eat before you go to bed" is a myth. Of course you must not eat a lot, or have caffeine or lots of sugar or spicy foods, just a small snack. Many times we wake up at night being hungry, or we get hungry in the morning faster and stay fairly hungry during the day if we don't have a small snack before bed time.
