Only one problem with my "Milk Chocolate" refrigerator candy - EVERYBODY LOVES IT! Can't keep in it stock.I will need to make another batch tonight to even get another piece today. My son love it better than real candy.
I did everyone a favor and posted this recipe to face book.

"Milk Chocolate" Refrigerator Candy
Lighter side option for my refrigerator candy.
Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 stick butter (salted)
4 oz almond butter
3 tbsps cocoa powder (unsweetened)
10 servings liquid stevia (The Herb Shop)
2 cups lowfat frozen whipped topping
1 serving cooking spray

Directions

In large microwave proof bowl, melt coconut oil and butter. Add almond butter, cocoa, and stevia.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Fold in whipped topping, mixing until completely blended.
Spray a flat dish (pyrex cake pan, foil pan, etc.) with cooking spray. Pour in mixture. Refrigerate for one hour. Enjoy.
Optional: add sliced almonds (adds calories!)
