Good morning! Swiss bruschetta for breakfast. Quick and easy to make on a work day with fresh tomatoes from the garden. Just used Joseph's flax seed pita, sliced cherry tomatoes, little parmesan, and a slice of swiss cheese. Put it in the broiler until the chees is melted and the edges are crisp. Yep....it's good and low-cal.
