Overate today...now I regret it. On well, tomorrow is another day. Just had to have some gelato...but it wasn't worth it by any means. It didn't taste as good as I thought it would....will I never learn. I really need to concentrate and lose these extra pounds.

Don't beat yourself up over a little slip. Just keep working on your plan. Find good, healthy things to snack on when the urge hits you. Don't give up and you will succeed in the long run.

I did better today and managed to consume 1500 calories. i also went swimming for one hour. I feel so much better now. Stick with it Hathor43. You will just get back on track tomorrow.
