Working the program ...Taking it a day at a time pleased with the results ..looking forward to this week ..hopeing to lose another pound ..I will try to keep away from the nuts this week ..Packed with calories and I love them so lol..Definitely looking to add some yoga this week and make it to the gym ..Good luck to the rest of you out there
