I finally got below the 300-mark. I have just been concentrating on how much I eat and trying to eat more veggies. It hasn't been all that bad.

It doesn't have to be all will power. If you swap higher calorie foods for lower calorie foods, often you can eat more volume and actually consume fewer calories. One big area is bread. Keto and low carb bread has dramatically fewer calories that white bread or even whole wheat bread. But, this forum has lots of other good ideas. Best wishes on your journey.
