Good Morning, I had a productive day yesterday. I cleaned and rearranged my bedroom/work area. I worked most of the morning and most of Saturday. I had so much energy and did not have to rest every ten minutes. You know you forget how good you felt when you were not as heavy. I think your mind adjusts as does your body. I am still working on the mind and it will follow the body I have to be patient and be aware of bad thoughts and feelings and how to channel them. It was 42 degrees this morning a signal of fall I think. I am looking forward to the leaves changing. You all have a great Labor Day. Talk to you later.
