Us Dads need to help raise the standard you are doing really well I have read some of your posts. 

Thanks and your right about the standards needing to be raised in so many ways👍  

a dad bod is a sad bod... 

I agree I think a dad bod is such a sad term when did we dads decide that our bodies could be labeled with that sad standard. one of my best compliments was when I went to go watch avengers or dc movies with my boy and Batman was doing chins with weights. My son just looked at me and smiled during the movie and said dad lol you chin heavier than that and I said Dam straight your dad lifts more than Batman. I think it’s up to us dads to say hey this is possible and obt, myself and other dads all show that we did not start here we were all out of shape but a great physique is earned and needs to be maintained dad mom whoever.  

I what year was he Mr. Texas? He lived in the Humble, Tx area. Also Steve Fountain was Mr. San Antonio. The club name was Roman Health and Raquet Club.
