Decided that I'm enjoying the exercise so it's a definate - 30 mins every day, just to feel better, if it helps the weight drop off then it's a bonus. I'm not co-ordinated so getting my arms and legs to do what they're supposed to whilst copying the dance routines is an absolute nightmare, and if I was stood behind myself watching I would be crying with laughter, but who cares, no-one can see me - thankfully!
