It's been a rough couple of days for me. My husband has been away for 9 days (he's a pilot), and the kids are really reacting to the lack of individual attention they're getting. With stress levels running high, I DESPERATELY want some comfort food, but my daily weigh-ins are telling me I need to cut back more, not indulge. I've been pretty darn good, and my scale says I've not lost even a 10th of a pound. I skipped today, so hopefully tomorrow will show some progress.
I did do my measuring today - I made myself a chart so I can watch for progress - and was surprised and pleased to see that I've lost inches, although they're mostly at the waist and above, as I'd already noticed. I'm really looking forward to my jeans being a little loose!
Tomorrow is my big weigh day, so I'll be back then...
