I saw the doctor yesterday. My BP was 104/68 with a 47 for my pulse. He was wondering if I was still alive :). He finally agreed to let me stop taking my last BP medication. So know I'm off all the meds he's responsible for. Now to try to minimize my meds for depression and anxiety. That will be a longer process but I'm well on the way.
My new saying is Exercise is a powerful drug, it can cure a lot of ills.
It's a great feeling to not have all of the issues I had when I was 95 lbs heavier.

yay for you ... i was also taken of bp meds a few months ago after losing 40lbs.. im down 55 and no asthma or back aches or any aches.. feels great dont it..

Catherder I am in a similar process for anxiety and depression. Weaned off the depression meds now just on anxiety and Premarin for peri-menopause - not a situation I think I can fix on the last part. Be glad you don't. LOL
