Right now, my daughter-in-law is having bariatric surgery, having part of her stomach removed. I find this very scary, but I'm wishing her all the best and praying for her success.

Zenus, I'm doing well, reintroduced strawberries to my diet this morning and that seems to be working out, will increase the amount tomorrow.

My best friend from college had this surgery...sadly she has gained all the weight back and then some 🙏💙🙏

rc, that is so sad. My DIL does not have healthy eating habits, but she will be working with a team that includes a dietician and a nutritionist for a year, so I'm hoping she will develop new habits and be successful.
