Ok, had weigh-in at clinic and meet with doctor, lost 4#...by their scale
(wearing jeans, tee-shirt, boxers, light hiker socks, belt <yest 'that' belt>) I am 218.0 and am a BMI of 25 (25-29.9 is still considered overweight googling it)...So,
(calculating from the same google result) I need to
lose 1.4#(min) to 57.9#(max) or
gain 1"(min) to 1'7" (max) to be in a "
normal" range.
BUT!according to this:
http://bmicalc.org/weight-for-height-calculatorI'm suppose to be between 11.14-15
stone.
And lastly, when I started I was 327#, at that weight I'd have to be 8'-0" tall to be 'normal' range BMI...I'm 6'-5" (ish) aveeraging in the broken legs.
