I'm starving! This counting calories is killing me. Does it get easier the more weight you lose? I sure hope so...

Hiya! Unless you're doing a Low Carb Ketogenic diet (which I recently changed to), then you're eating way too low a calories. When I was at your weight I was dieting on 2,000 calories aday & I'm a woman. So you can probably diet on 2500 calories & lose weight. Also add more fruit & veg, aim to get 30g of fibre aday from just fruit & vegetables/salads. If you do these 2 things I guarentee you will lose weight without feeling hungry. I started off last year at 318 lbs & now I'm 177 lbs :)

Yes! I agree with ebivr. Your calories are way too low. You should research what your calorie intake should be for weight loss. Don't think that diets mean starving. Also, filling up on healthier foods helps you stay full longer.
