I didn't get to workout as much as I wanted to yesterday. I only walked 2.5 miles with a friend and then went to Curves. I still wored out so that's good :) My calories are too low as well and I will have to remember to eat more today. Body fat % was down to 51.1, which is still crazy, but I think it was 54 yesterday. Such a long way to go but I'll get there :)
