I was having a reasonably good eating day. Then I don't know I had 300 other things in the evening. I've lost my will power and focus. ugh.
2 brownie thingies fries potato chips almond milk tea mango / bean salad toast w butter and salt
Ugh. If you look at my food log I don't log my veggies at all and times accurately....
I'm going to try to sleep now.

We all fall off the wagon! I remember an evening a few years ago eating chocolate chips in bed. Before I new it I had eaten the entire package. Woke up with chocolate chips stuck to be pajamas and face !
What important is that you don't let this hiccup in you plan get to you. Tomorrow's a new day new motivation and a fresh start. Don't beat yourself up over this. You will make it a great day tomo4ow! Good luck, you can do it.

Ha, ha, ha. Ivy that was priceless. We've all been there. Tulipgirl that's binging. It's fear that we'll never get to eat the foods that have brought us so much joy and comfort in our lives. There is no easy fix for that except to never give up on yourself.

Ivy, I love the dark chocolate ones and have been known to but them to make something and have to go buy another bag 'cause they are gone. Tulip, just jump back on today, adjust a bit and go on with your plan, it was just one of those days, they get less and less as time goes by.

Awww - I know you can do this - I have seen you lose weight in the past. Is there a Planet Fitness near you? They are quite inexpensive. Or SnapFitness. Change is hard but very much worth the extra effort. Add in drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily, substitute fruit, or nuts instead of chips, etc. Once you start with the carbohydrates, it is like an addiction. I know - I have been there, too. We all are here to support your healthy changes.
