I'm doing a H4H3 Challenge. I can't do videos, but I'm going to follow along anyways :) My main objective is to work out as much as possible. I need to focus back on being consistent with going to the gym. And my diet will be as plant based as possible :) Food is fuel. My goal is to lose 30 lbs, but I know that it isn't just about the numbers :)
