One of the reason's I weigh one and a half times a week.LOL I say that because I do a Post Fast and Post refeed weight so I can sort out the difference between actual fat loss and water weight. The daily ups and downs on the scales discourage and frustrate me, so I stopped doing it. I was so scale focused I had to hide the scale to keep from stepping on it every day. I guess that became a habit after a while because it's now out in the open and I don't have to fight with myself to not look! Great Job!!!

Way to go @shannonRN!! And thx for the encouragement- those up and down #days continue for me. Starting to think my goal just isn’t realistic and I can be happy with losing 16 over 2 years of tracking. I’ve certainly learned better habits by tracking. Have a good day all!
