Milk, with a portable blender. Yes that makes a difference cuz when it runs out of battery and I have to shake it up, it tastes nastier 😂 

Lol I wish... I only drink a protein shake post workout. The rest of the milks I do drink it by themselves 🤣 

Oh yea, especially with the rising cost of everything going up! I use to find deals for 5lbers whey for 35-45 often. Now they’re normally 60+ this kinda deals are rare now 😂 but just so you know I don’t drink protein shakes for taste.... I even put up with the artificial sugared ones. But blend it with milk it’s not that bad to me. Taste like milkshake 

And portable blender ftw. 1cup of milk and one scoop of protein=milkshake 

Idk... sounds good to me! 😏 

It helps up the carbs. Wish I thought of that while I was bulking! 

Yea that might be decent! The frozenness will make it more like a milkshake! Now you’re giving me better ideas! 🤔 I need to get some frozen berries.  

Lol be careful what you wish for! I prefer to eat meats as well, but the whey powders are fast digesting. Great for post workout. Feeds it when it needs it! 😏

I don’t remember the exact price but I think Costco has ON for less than $1/oz… but I guess that also saves you having to buy creatine… 

Is it a better deal johncip? I need all the good deals on whey incase I can’t find it when I need it 😂 this one is 3000g protein for 73 

That's what I've been using for quite some time. I usually have a couple xs a week or the powdered whey starts to bother my stomach. Cheesegobbler, I drink the premier shakes for breakfast once in awhile. They don't bother my stomach as much as the when powder does.  

Interesting, I’ve never had any stomach issues using whey. And I’ve only been using it the past 1.5yrs  

Super, I have lactose issues. No dairy and limited whey products. Only cheese I can eat is feta and Parm.😠 

Lol that blows! For the intolerant people. Dairy is such tasty nutritional foods. And don’t worry cheesepuff quinoa is one of the foods where if I have to choice to eat it or die then I might eat it then 😜 🤣  

I drink all the milk, eat all the cheeses, and eat all the ice creams and I’m fine 😏 

SG… had my friend with the membership look it up, it’s $70 for ~5.5 lbs. I didn’t even realize that was a 10lb bag you posted, that’s crazy cheap. Maybe it’s pig milk lol  

Lol protein is protein 😏 deals like these are getting rare tho. I remember last year I bought 7 5lb tubs cuz I got it for around 30 each 😂 I think it was a prime day sale  

I think there’s supposed to be another set of prime days soon. 

I am in the UK and the price of protein powders has shot up. My usual brand has gone up to £54 per kg. ($67 per 2lbs I think) so that is a great buy, Super. I have tried cheaper brands but much prefer my usual maximuscle promax lean.
