ok that was an interesting day a lot of food for breakfast and I am at 1,052 and I have had no lunch or supper Ididn't know that lychee where so expensive in calories. Well after eating a toast I am ready to go to bed soon i might cheat on some chocolat tonight but that is not a good way of starting a diet anyway my first day done.
