Dukan Day 59
138 Pounds-amazing but seemingly true :)
I had a higher cal day yesterday and I think that helped a lot. HAve to beef up the toning exercises. I definitely see the effects of stretched out skin and it ain't pretty. I have to admit I am very anxious-this is new territory for me-SUCCESS is a strange island.
